Food/taste:
Dom and I wrapped up our viewing of Captain America: Brave New World and found ourselves uncertain about where to dine. Fortunately, we discovered a charming European restaurant nearby his place, so we decided to give it a shot. I gotta say, even though it was totally different from my usual food vibe, I was really surprised at how tasty the food was!
We decided to share a cabbage roll, and I think Dom went for the grilled lamb chops while I chose the beef stroganoff. Honestly, I wasn’t a fan of the beef stroganoff, so Dom helped me finish it off, but I really liked his lamb chops, haha. If I remember right, the cabbage roll was pretty decent, but it was massive, making it a bit tricky to eat.
The experience was good. The restaurant looked nice, with its cozy lighting and stylish decor making it feel inviting, and the staff was super friendly and attentive throughout our meal. There were a few birthdays going on while we were there, which added a fun vibe to the evening, so the staff sang a happy birthday song for each guest, clapping and playing a loud tune. Even though it was a bit awkward to see the birthday guests in the spotlight, I’m sure they were either loving the attention or trying to hide their faces while their friends and family cheered them on. Overall, it was a fun night, filled with tasty food, laughter, and a bit of birthday cheer that made the experience even better.
