This month has probably been the worst time of my life.
There is too much to go through but here is some of the gist:
- I gotten out of a 1.5 month situationship
- Through that situationship, developed anxiety and depression
- Started taking anti-depressants
- Started going to therapy
- Feel like i’m not in control of my life
- No motivation to go to the gym
- NO MOTIVATION FOR ANYTHING AT ALL
- Self-worth is at an all time low
There is probably more but I can’t think of any at the moment. But instead of wallowing in self pity. I thought I need to start something to keep my occupied and get myself back on track.
Tomorrow is a new month and I am going to be better and start documenting the good and the bad.
