Here’s the life update… I got the boot from my full-time gig thanks to some fancy business restructuring – apparently, they didn’t need me to play office chair musical chairs anymore! Honestly, though, it feels like being handed an unexpected “Get Out of Work Free” card! I feel lighter, like I’ve dropped ten pounds of stress, and now I have so much time to plot my next big move—who knew pondering my life choices could be this entertaining?

In the meantime, I’ve been consistently enjoying my time at the gym and taking on more shifts at MLSE. I’m actively searching for jobs, and while I may not have had many interviews yet, I firmly believe that the right opportunity is just around the corner, offering great compensation for the skills I bring to the table. I’m feeling confident about the future!

I’ve just returned from Ireland and I’m looking forward to sharing my experiences with everyone soon! Additionally, I have an exciting trip planned to Munich and Austria next month—there are so many wonderful adventures on the horizon!

I reached out to Blaine and found the closure I truly needed. Deep down, I understood that ghosting him after our last exchange would only lead to more heartache for both of us. It was a weight I could no longer bear, so I chose to follow him on Instagram and apologize. I’m grateful to say that we are on good terms now, and I feel an immense sense of relief and lightness. We agreed to reconnect sometime soon. This experience has made me reflect on whether I should extend the same kindness and understanding to Dom. I think it’s important to discuss this with my therapist.

Hmmm, what else is new? Right now, I feel like I’m on top of the world, the happiest I’ve ever been! Sure, there’s this little voice that worries something might go wrong and pull me back down, but I’m proud to say I’ve grown stronger and can tackle those “setbacks” head-on now! I’ve discovered that cultivating a positive mindset is everything! For far too long, I was caught up in negativity, and it only dragged me deeper into despair. I used to dismiss those endlessly optimistic people, but now I see the truth in their joy.
